Your voice
Your personal business card
Most people use only 20-50% of their vocal potential. That's a shame. Surprisingly, it is of great value to utilize the mechanisms, tones and nuances of the voice. In the music world, we have learned many techniques that we like to pass on. Techniques that will help you to explore the full potential of your voice.
Why voice training?
Does your voice sound shrill or monotonous?

Are you uncomfortable with pauses?

Do you tend to accelerate your speech's speed when you get passionate about your subject?
Do you get anxious or nervous about whether you can do your presentation well enough?
If you can relate to any of this, give us a call and together, we will make a plan for your training with us.

Body language
The quiet presentation of you
Body language is a quiet presentation of you. Even before you open your mouth, your recipient has formed a clear impression of you, based on your appearance and body language. Your body language can boost your message if you have consistency between what you say and radiate. Therefore, it's essential to be aware of your body language to control your body signals when you perform.
Why body language training?
Are you aware of the signals your body language emits?
Do you often speak with your hands or dance with your feet during a performance?
Do you want to claim your own space and use targeted body language during negotiations or in difficult conversations?
Do you want to be better at reading your conversation partner's body language?
Are you aware of "power postures" positive impact on your voice and mental attitude?
Do you want to influence your audience with your body language?
If you can relate to any of this, give us a call and together, we will make a plan for your training with us.

Speaking style
Customizing your message
Often we forget to customize the message to meet the situation, the recipients or the time frame available. To prevent the loss of important information, we will train you to communicate your message, keeping it short and to the point and, most importantly customized.
Why train your speaking style?
Is it difficult for you to be sweet, short and to the point?
Do your slides or presentations often take control over your performance?
Would you like to be better at debating a point and figuring out what your opponent’s arguments are?
Would you like to attract different types of recipients with the same or different messages?
Would you like to develop your own style of communication?
If you can relate to any of this, give us a call and together, we will make a plan for your training with us.
Speaking style training.
You will learn to adapt the message and presentation to the present audience or recipients. You learn to put yourself in your audience's place and communicate the same message differently - depending on the audience and the situation.
Through an analysis of your performance, we'll locate your strengths and your potential for improvement.
In this program, you’ll work with the essential elements in your speaking style: knowing your audience, how to customize the same message to different recipients, how to use ETOS, LOGOS and PATOS to hold your audience's attention and argumentation with Toulmins discussion model in practice, so you can see through your opponent's arguments.
Turn nervousness into performance energy
Mindset
The human brain is primitive. If you once had a really bad performance experience, the brain and body will do what is possible to prevent it from happening again. Your body has a great memory, is alert when you are at risk and will try and lead away from danger - namely, your next performance. But the physical discomfort that many call nervousness is your indispensable fuel.
Why train your Mindset?
Do you have sleepless nights before an important performance or presentation?
Do you think you perform much better without an audience than with an audience when it matters?
Does it annoy you that you can't control when you perform well?
Are you afraid of getting a mental meltdown or be asked about something you can't answer?
Would you like to control your physical signs of nervousness, such as a pounding heart, nausea, sweaty and shaking hands?
If you can relate to any of this, give us a call and together, we will make a plan for your training with us.
Mindset training.
No one enjoys being nervous. Being nervous, though, is pure energy, and if you redirect that energy from your shaking hands or your trembling voice to your articulation, nerves can make you glow. Targeted training can send your nervousness to the right place that will do wonders for your presentation.
The whole situation can give you thoughts like: "they probably don't like me" or "I do not have something special to offer".
The physical discomfort that many call nervousness is your indispensable fuel. Without it, your performance is neither exceptional nor exciting, if it doesn't mean anything, but it must be handled by your thoughts and behaviour so that it does not get out of hand.
Based on our performance analysis, we identify the reason for your nervousness. By finding the cause, we can erase your negative mental beliefs and replace them with positive ones. We train with visualization, mindset exercises and much more.
